Returns

You may request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may accept returns where the item is:
– unworn
– unused
– unwashed
– in its original packaging
– with all tags attached
– with hygiene labels intact
– returned within the stated returns window

Exchanges

You may request to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.

– reason for return or exchange
– photos, if the item is faulty or damaged

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs and instructions will depend on your location and the reason for return. We will confirm the next steps when you contact us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
